Comments and Concerns for the Director of Fitness

Q: My sister was looking for a new place to work out so I told her about The Fitness Center. She is thinking about buying a membership – is there any benefit to me when I bring in new members?
A: That's a great question! In fact, we are developing a referral program right now and will be sending out more information in the next month.
Q: I've heard around town that the Fitness Center is going to stop offering massage therapy. Please say it isn't so!
A: Yes, the massage program is being discontinued at The Fitness Center in May. We thank our massage clients for their patronage.
Q: Could you please add some class offerings at 10:30 a.m. or later in the morning?
A: Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, our staff is maxed out with the fitness classes we currently offer. If we hear from enough members that late weekday morning classes would be popular, we will look at adding some next year!
Q: You always have promotions for new members with "freebees." What about us long standing members?
