Boot CampBoot Camp

This 60 minute outdoor class combines basic drills and obstacle courses to equal a safe and challenging workout that accommodates all fitness levels. It includes team motivation and the only rule is that you never let your feet stop moving!

There are options for beginners to advanced levels. The 2011 Summer Boot Camp course has been completed.
