Fitness Center Services

Fitness CenterThe Fitness Center offers a full range of affordable services and fitness opportunities for both members and non-members.

  • Monthly Memberships. You can choose the membership plan that is right for your schedule, your budget, and your level of commitment. We offer reasonably-priced monthly plans, for as little as one month or up to 18 months, for individuals, couples, and families. (We offer discounts for students and seniors too!)

    Members enjoy unlimited use of our facilities and fitness equipment and may attend group fitness classes without paying additional fees. Learn more about Fitness Center membership levels and rates.
  • Daily Guest Passes. If you have never been to the Fitness Center before and want to experience what we have to offer, we would love to meet you. Daily guest passes are available so you can try us on for size. Please call first to schedule an appointment so we can give you the proper amount of attention.
  • Group Fitness Classes. We offer a wide array of classes for people of all ages and skill levels, from step classes to Pilates-style classes - even kickboxing! Group fitness classes are free of charge to Fitness Center members.
  • Personal Training. Our certified personal trainers will work closely with you to design and execute a program that fits your style and accomplishes your fitness goals.
  • Massage Therapy. Therapeutic massage, combined with a complete workout, enhances your health, well-being and self-esteem. We offer massage therapy for both members and non-members.
  • TaeKwonDo. TaeKwonDo is a fun and stimulating way for the whole family (ages 5 to adult) to get in shape. Classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays for both members and non-members.
  • Home Gym Training. Our Home Gym personal training service is an 8-week training program in which our personal trainers create an exercise plan for you to use at home.
