Tennis, anyone?
Are you looking for LOVE (on the tennis court) this summer? 
Participate in a community-wide tennis challenge! Players will be paired up to challenge one another to a match. The match schedule will be posted at The Fitness Center.
Fitness Center Singles Tennis Challenge

This tennis challenge is for SINGLES TENNIS ONLY (not doubles). All skill levels are welcome! Ages 9th grade to 99 may participate.
Mad Muscle Month... go the extra
Its getting to be that time of year when workouts take a back seat to barbeques, graduation parties and snacking on concessions at the ball game. But not you! Kick your workout up a notch and do something extra to tone up for bikini and speedo season! 
From May 28-June 24, we challenge YOU to add a three more exercises to your regular routine. But don't start those jumping jacks just yet... we will prescribe which exercises to add, four times a week! This additional "mini-workout" are exercises that can be done at The Fitness Center, in your own home or standing in line at the grocery store (well... maybe not there.)
Sign up at the front desk starting May 20th. This challenge is free and open to members.
Lazyman's Biathlon and Triathlon
Experience the thrill of a biathlon or triathlon ... over the course of six weeks, that is!
Our third annual Lazyman's Biathlon & Triathlon challenge is daring our community members to get outside and MOVE this summer! Last year, over 200 participants agreed to the challenge and took their bicycling, running/walking and sometimes even swimming to the next level. Are YOU up for the challenge?
Over the course of 6 weeks, from Monday, July 15 – Saturday, August 24, participants must complete:

Punch It for the Summer
Kick your workout up a notch this summer! 
Non-members can purchase a "punch card" good for 24 workouts at only $60. (That is less than $3 a workout!) Punch cards allow access to all services and amenities at The Fitness Center, including:

Getting down to the wire, but not your dress size?
The Fitness Center is prepared to help you get in shape before your wedding day! Whether it is losing a few stubborn pounds or toning your arms and back to look great in your dress, our personal trainers will give you the tools you need to look and feel your best.

3-month membership plus monthly consultations for $99
(Consultations include weigh-ins, measurement tracking and review of exercise and nutrition plans.)

Keep Your Body in Check with Body Check
Are you looking for an accountability program to keep your nutrition and fitness regimen in line? Our Body Check may be what you need to satisfy your health and wellness goals.
The Body Check program gives you a 90-day contract with a certified personal trainer at The Fitness Center. It offers members the missing link — a way to stay focused on health and wellness goals. You will be teamed with one of our certified personal trainers for support in developing a personalized exercise plan and wellness goals. The certified personal trainer will also provide accountability through the use of weekly weigh-ins, a weekly review of food and exercise diaries and monthly measurement tracking.
Cost for this three-month program is $99 plus tax.

Weight Watchers Comes to The Fitness Center
Weight Watchers and The Fitness Center have partnered to provide you with exercise & nutrition under one roof! The New Prague Weight Watchers group meets every Wednesday at The Fitness Center. Meetings are at 6:30 pm with weigh-ins starting at 6:00 pm.
You do not have to be a Fitness Center member to participate in Weight Watchers – – new participants welcome. For more information, call The Fitness Center at 952.758.8199.
